A joint production from Akimoto Yasushi, Sony Music and ANIPLEX.
Formed through a voice actress audition, each member represents an original character. The characters were designed by famous Japanese artists.
Their rhythm game app “22/7 Music Time” and upcoming single “Kaze wa Fuiteruka?” will be released on September 30th.

Formed in October 2016 through the BOYS&GIRLSxZIPPER idol audition.
Their name refers to a 2am masquerade ball and is shortened to NijiMasu.
With their group theme of FASHION & EMOTION, their unique story has become a hot topic amongst young people.
Keep an eye on newly-reformed NijiMasu as they gain more momentum!

An idol group produced by Akimoto Yasushi in 2005 with a concept of "idols you can meet." Their 57th single “Shisuren Arigatou” ranked #1 on the Oricon Weekly chart. The group has 38 consecutive million-selling releases, with 39 million-sellers overall.
In July 2020, “Hanareteitemo” relayed a heartwarming message to their fans.
AKB48 will be leaping into their 15th anniversary in December.
AKB48 Team 8
AKB48’s Team 8 was formed with the concept of “idols you can meet.”
Auditions were held throughout Japan to find 47 members, each representing a prefecture in Japan. To celebrate the group's 6th anniversary, members have been attending local events and making regular appearances on TV.
Their latest song “Jitabata” was released in March.
Akishibu Project
Having performed regularly at Akihabara Twinbox since 2014, their powerful performances led them to hold a solo concert at Zepp Diversity in January, 2020!
Their popularity is increasing overseas, having performed at well-known festivals across Asia!

A unit of 4 NEW ERA girls, sent the Stardust Planet. The members are AIRA, ICHIKAWA YUZUKI, KOJIMA HANA and SUZUKI MOEKA. The group is constantly metamorphosing, often performing as 3/4 members or even solo in order to unite as one. Their slogan is “We will rain happiness upon everyone!” The group was formed on November 3rd, 2018.

A girls unit formed of ami and miyu. amiinA’s music transcends the idol genre and their unique worldview is woven into their performances. The matching artwork has also become a hot topic.
amiinA joined sora tob sakana on the Sky Stage as the closing act in TIF2019.

An idol group formed of idols aiming to make their major debut through the 3rd DOLL AUDITION. They made their stage debut at Nippon Seinenkan Tokyo in April 2014.

Asano Sisters Project
Ninja VTubers from the Hokuriku village.
Ruri, the older sister, wears a blue morning glory in her hair while her younger sister Akane wears a red morning glory.
Their activities focus around singing and chatting about their daily lives.
Ruri is working as a voice actor, performing in more roles than any other VTuber.

Formed in 2011 by Shinsei Kamatte-chan member Misako Suzuki, the 2 members made their major debut as a “Twin Drum Idol” unit.
They went on to make their major debut as a 6 member group in January 2016.
In 2018 the group restarted their activities as "BAND JA NAIMON! MAXX NAKAYOSHI."
batten girls
A 5-member group from Kyushu, belonging to Stardust Promotion. The name “Batten” comes from the Fukuoka dialect. Their goal is to become a group that can liven up not just Kyushu, but all of Japan.
Their edgy rock/ska music is unusual for an idol group and has received high praise from critics.
In April 2016 they were appointed as tourism ambassadors for Munakata City in Fukuoka Prefecture.
BenjaminJasmine
BenjamineJasmine, AKA Benjasu, is a 7 member idol group formed of Asakura Umi, Yoshinaga Anna, Naruse Tomoka, Takanashi Hotaru, Takamatsu Airi, Kitami Kotoka and Hidaka Rio.
They quickly gained popularity upon their debut for their impressive live singing skills. They won first place in the Main Stage Opening Act Competition for TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2019 and appeared on the TIF mainstage 3 months after their debut.

Their group name means to go beyond or exceed something.

BiS stands for Brand-new idol Society.
The group is formed of Itou Misensiteebu, Chantomonkee, Neo Trees, and Toggy.
BLACKNAZARENE
You’ll be charmed by BLACKNAZARENE’s THUG x Kawaii concept, representing the raw strength of girls.
They gained popularity with women for their strong visuals, skilled vocals and music representing strong girls. Thanks to this, their first mini album, released in February 2020, ranked #1 on the Oricon Daily chart and #5 on the Oricon Weekly chart.
These new female idols will cut through the new era.
B.O.L.T
A 4-member group formed of Naito Runa, Takai Chiho, Aoyama Nanoha and Shirahama Aya of Stardust Planet, alongside Momoiro Clover Z and Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku. Aoyama and Shirahama are in the 6th grade, making them the youngest in Stardust Planet. They were formed at an agency live event on July 15th, 2019. Their major debut album “POP” was released on July 15th, 2020.
BudLaB
A senbatsu unit formed of aspiring idols, actresses, and other candidates from the IQ project, led by idol group NinQ.
The name can be broken down to Bud (flower bud) and Lab (Laboratory), as many fresh buds are being formed within the unit, with the aims of blooming and making their own way.

A 6-member vocal group, formed in April 2019.
Their concept is to convey the members brightly blooming voices.
Their debut song “Uta no Saku Shima” was written/composed by Takahashi Hyouri (Owarikara) and arranged by Sakurai Kenta.
The members’ clear singing voices stand out against the melody, painting an image of colorful flowers.
CARRY LOOSE
A 4 member unit formed of Pan Luna Leafy, YUiNA EMPiRE, Uruu Ru, Yumeka Naukana?. They debuted on October 22nd, 2019 with their self-titled album and their first single “Ningen” was released on February 11th, 2020.
The “CARRY OF MAJOR” project began on July 20th, where it was announced that the members would live together until they make their major debut. The project is being streamed 24 hours a day.
CHIAKI MAYUMURA
CHIAKI MAYUMURA is a charismatic idol who sings and produces her own songs, best known for her song Kaisha Janaimon.
Her hobbies include picking up trash and living a manga-esque daily life. Her goal is to reach #1 on the Billboard chart.
Her first major album "MejaMejaMonje" was released on May 5th 2019 and her second album “Gekidan Ogyarhythm” was released in January 2020.

ChuLA’s 3.1st anniversary concert was held at Shibuya TSUTAYA-O-EAST on July 5th. They perform every third tuesday at Shibuya TSUTAYA O-Crest.

The members are constantly growing as they work towards their goal of becoming national idols.

Formed on December 24th, 2016. A 5-member Tokyo style idol unit with a concept of “super serious idols tearing up the world”
Completely self-produced, their goal is to create a new culture without being swayed by “adult circumstances.”
They will be disbanding on January 10th, 2021 at CY8ER-style Yokohama Arena at Nippon Budokan, where they will “fulfill their original dream.”
CYBERJAPAN DANCERS
This go-go team is dancing into its 20th year, having performed throughout Japan and around Asia.
In 2019 they featured in commercials for the Annual Boat Race and Regain Triple Force.
In July 2019, CYBERJAPAN DANCERS released their first solo album “BIKINI FOREVER” with Universal Music. In August of the same year, they performed for the first time at Toyosu PIT.
They released their first photobook “Yummy!” on September 17th, 2020.
CYNHN
CYNHN is Blue in Russian.
The group was formed through the DEARSTAGE x JOYSOUND audition and is made up of Sakino Soto, Ayase Shiki, Tsukomo Neru, Momose Rei and Aoyagi Tooru. This “blue, unfinished vocal unit” will convey to you their fresh “blue” worldview through their songs and visuals, with lyrics often provided by Watanabe Sho.

Uchuu wo Sukuu no wa Kitto…….~ will be livestreamed on November 16th, 2020 to celebrate the 9th anniversary of their major debut under TOY’S FACTORY.
Devil ANTHEM.
Their slogan is “Make Some Noise”.
With their “exciting orthodox idol” concept, this unit strives to overwhelm you with their fun performances.

DIALOGUE+
An artist unit formed of 8 new voice actresses in 2019. With music produced by Tabuchi Tomoya, DIALOGUE+ made their TV debut with “Hajimete no Kakumei!” which was used as the opening theme for “High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World.” Their YouTube channel has over 700,000 views. As their name suggests, the group aims to produce music that utilizes their voice acting talent.

Eclair Etat is an idol group based in the Yamaguchi and Fukuoka prefectures.
As they perform, the 7 members are represented using rainbow motifs.
The group is challenging a variety of unique sounds in order to entertain their fans, unaffected by genre restrictions.

Ele Funk Garden
Their concept is an idol group that sings and dances to electric, funk and disco music with deep lyrics. Ele Funk Garden is produced by Zopp, the lyricist who wrote the lyrics for hit songs such as “Seishun Amigo” and Daite Senorita.”
“Fashionable but Humanity” is their catchphrase.
They attended over 200 concerts within their first year, performing songs that are not limited to the idol genre.
EMPiRE
A WACK and Avex joint project formed of YU-Ki EMPiRE, MAYU EMPiRE, MiDORiKO EMPiRE, MAHO EMPiRE, MiKiNA EMPiRE, and NOW EMPiRE.
Their songs combine electronic dance music with an emotional sound and their choreography will unite the crowd.
The “SUPER COOL EP” was released on August 5th, featuring 7 new songs.
Enogu
A 4-member idol group formed in March 2018 with the goal of “making virtual idols a natural thing.”
The group name is filled with the members hopes of “mixing the members together to create a new color and shape.”
Their aim is to become the VR idols of the world. The group is made up of Suzuki Anzu, Shirafuji Tamaki, Hinata Nao and Natsume Haru.

This Sendai-based group has performed at events throughout Japan.

FUDANJUKU
This 6-member group is the only cross-dressing idol unit in the entertainment industry! Their motto is to "make people feel more energetic".
They've gained support from all generations; men, children, and especially women in their 10s and 20s.
FUDANJUKU have appeared in variety shows and men's fashion magazines. Their existence itself is PIONEERING!
Fuji Aoi
An artist whose concept is being “the cheerleader of your heart.”
She is mostly active on her YouTube channel “Aoi ch.”
She made her major debut in November 2018 and charted within the top 10 on the Oricon Daily Single Ranking.

A unit composed of members representing the Japanese cafe & restaurant “"Afilia Group."
The unit is produced by Chiyomaru Shikura and Haruko Momo, both major players in the Moe music scene. The group name was originally AFILIA SAGA.
They have provided songs for many games, including the opening song for the anime “Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.”

A 7 member idol group from Mie prefecture that has gone from working around the Tokai area to performing throughout Asia, including Taiwan and Thailand.
They made their major debut under Japan Colombia with the release of their first EP “Shinchuu±Warpdrive” on February 26th, 2020. It reached #7 on the Oricon Weekly chart.
They have performed to sold out venues such as Zepp Nagoya, Ebisu LIQUIDROOM and TSUTAYA O-EAST.
Kyushu Girls Wing
A girl group representing Kyushu girls’ beauty, cuteness and strength. Their dancing is aggressive, their sound emotional and sophisticated and their vocals are all live. Kyushu Girls Wing are active within Japan and overseas, performing at events such as Momoiro Christmas 2019~HoriAkira Part2 and JAPAN EXPO THAILAND 2020.
They won the TIF2018 National Selection Live Kyushu/Okinawa block competition and have performed at TIF ever since.

Originally from Fukuoka, LinQ has been active since 2011, performing both in Japan and overseas. The group has been constantly evolving since their debut, and recently underwent a transformation under the slogan “Always Hot Idol Full Force Declaration!”
They will create a new LinQ world with their “Always Hot” performances.

lyrical school (aka lyrischoo) is a hip hop idol unit formed of hinako, hime, minan, yuu, risano in 2010.
They reformed in 2017 and transferred to Victor Entertainments CONNECTONE in 2019.

A 4-member idol group made up of Momota Kanako, Sasaki Ayaka, Tamai Shiori and Takagi Reni. They formed in 2008 as Momoiro Clover in 2008 and made their major debut in May 2010 with “Ikuze! Kaitō Shōjo.” They reformed as Momoiro Clover Z in April 2011 following the departure of Hayami Akari. Despite performing at the first TIF in 2010, they went on to hold their own concert on the exact same day. Sorry about that.
Now thanks to Kikutake-san, the kind hearted TIF general producer, Momoiro Clover Z will be performing at TIF once more and showing off their charms.

Produced by Kotone Mai, this group is formed entirely of pink members, from salmon to shocking.
They fascinate fans, continuing to perform at rooftop and back-to-work concerts while taking precautionary measures against Coronavirus. The group was reformed at the end of 2019, with new center Shiratori Maho being highly praised for her skilled performance.

In 2019 Harupiii moved her activities to Asia and moved to Bangkok, Thailand. She is currently based in Bangkok.
She has successfully performed solo in Bangkok and attended events in Malaysia and Taiwan. She is also working as a YouTuber and has appeared in the “Oh My Boss,” a drama airing on GMM.TV in Thailand!!
